Company bosses have coaches. But not the top lawyers?<\/p><p>Anyone who performs at a high level is under enormous pressure to perform in a high-performance law firm (in English these are not called High Performance Work Systems for nothing). \u201cIn addition\u201d he also has to cultivate his social environment and manage employees, address customers and seek new business opportunities. And these are the ones who don\u2019t have coaches? When we launched the \u201cAdvoCoach\u201d brand 19 years ago, we were often told that lawyers \u201cdon\u2019t need\u201d them. In the meantime, that has changed, but many, too many in our view, have not yet discovered for themselves the advantage of making their lives easier through self-reflection.
