NIVD spring conference on 15.4.2016 in Wiesbaden: Questions about reorganisation consulting<\/p>\n
The market for insolvency administrators is currently being shaken up massively. A new project, the alignment of restructuring processes with international (i.e. above all: Anglo-Saxon) practices, is causing the Bundestag to consider whether, prior to a regular insolvency and in addition to the instruments introduced by the ESUG, out-of-court restructuring should be possible, especially for large corporations. Christoph Vaagt moderated the exchange of experience and ideas at the spring conference.<\/p>\n
