Steinar ter Jung worked as a bank director before being appointed Managing Director of one of the leading law firms in Oslo. He has worked on all topics, from strategy implementation, building an international recommendation network to profit distribution. He had a veto right for new partners to join the firm, and was able to make recommendations for the separation of partners. Steinar therefore knows the inner workings of law firms like no other in this position. He therefore advises law firms on internal governance, in particular the involvement of C-Level employees, and the processes that enable them to increase the firm’s success in the long term. Steinar lives in Olso. He works in English and all Scandinavian languages. Steinar loves fishing and hunting in the norwegian woods and rivers. Originally from the Bergen region in Norway, he has spent his working live in Oslo, but keeps an old hut in the mountains where he retreats regularly.
