The aim of this study, which was carried out on behalf of the worldwide lawyers’ organisation AIJA between 1 February and 31 March 2006, was to obtain an overview of the systems used in the law firms of the members of the organisation and their advantages and disadvantages, design, effects on internal cooperation and satisfaction.

All members of the organisation were able to participate in the study. These are mostly lawyers in commercial law firms.
The results were presented at the General Assembly in Geneva in August 2006.
